Associate Writing Center Director and English faculty member Dr. James Hamby has received the Achievement Award from the Southeastern Writing Center Association for 2024. This annual award is given to an individual who has played a prominent role in SWCA or in the writing center community. For the past four years, Dr Hamby has served as the Tennessee Representative on the Board of Directors.
